Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. We only allow exchanges (no returns) in specific cases such as size issues or wrong item received, provided the request is made within 2 days of delivery. Items sent back must be unused, with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
