Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
- Print the return label and attach it to your package
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
- If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, you will be refunded the difference
- Exchange shipping is free for customers in the US
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or use
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or exchange.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
