Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the return label and attach it to your package
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, you will be refunded the difference
  • Exchange shipping is free for customers in the US

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or use

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or exchange.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
